How does Guardian Angel Driver Service work ?
Our Chauffeur drives his or her personal car to your home, office, or wherever you may be; parks the vehicle, and then drives you in your car, to become your Personal Chauffeur.

 

When does billable time start?
Billable time starts at the time that you designate your driver to arrive at your location, and continues until you are safely returned home.


What happens to my car while I’m at my event?
Your chauffeur remains with your car for the entire service period. You may also request your driver to perform small errands for you (Fill up your car, car wash, pick up or drop off items), or escort you into your destination for added safety.

 

How do I pay for services?
We will invoice you. You can pay by cash, check or credit card.

 

Are Guardian Angel Drivers employees or contracted?
Our chauffeurs are employees of our company, not contract employees.


Can I reserve a car though Guardian Angel Driver Service?
Yes, we can provide sedans, SUV’s, vans, limousines, and buses through our affiliate companies.


Should I tip my chauffeur?
We do not add a gratuity to our service fees. Tipping is appreciated, but completely voluntary and at the client’s discretion: the industry standard is 20%.


What do I do if I want to cancel my reservation?
You will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee, if cancelling with less than 24 hours notice.

 

Can I make a same day reservation?
We make every effort to accommodate everyone on short notice. Obviously, the more notice we receive the better chances we have of being able to serve you. Especially on Holidays or large events.
